Carol joined CDM in 1987 as a VP, Account Supervisor and 20 years later became the agency’s fourth President.
Prior to becoming President, Carol was a Managing Partner and the agency’s Director of Client Services where she focused her energies on the strategic, service, team staffing, and relationship needs of our healthcare clients—activities she is still involved with today.
Along with CDM’s executive leadership team, Carol works diligently to manage the expansion of the agency that she has helped grow from a company of 25 when she started to more than 900 employees today.
Before becoming CDM’s Director of Client Services, Carol oversaw the agency's direct-to-consumer business, including the DTC launch of Viagra and a number of other Rx products marketed to consumers. Prior to joining CDM, Carol began her career on the consumer side of the business working on over-the-counter healthcare products.
Carol holds a BA in business/economics from the State University of New York College at Oneonta and was a recipient of the Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA) “Rising Star” award in 1999. In her spare time, she is either working in her garden (trying to avoid the poison ivy) or gently reminding her teenage sons to pick up their rooms and drive safely (not at the same time, of course). |
